Senior-Controller (Produktionscontrolling) (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und globale Harmonisierung des Produktionscontrollings sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
Zentraler CO-Ansprechpartner im Rahmen der S/4HANA-Implementierung (Key User)
Ausbau bestehender BI-Tools mit Fokus auf Produktionscontrolling
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstrukturen aus Controlling-Sicht
Aktive Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Sonderprojekten mit Schwerpunkt Finance

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Produktion oder Finanzen, alternativ Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling in einem produzierenden internationalen Unternehmen oder bei einer Unternehmensberatung mit Schwerpunkt Produktionssteuerung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP CO; Erfahrung mit S/4HANA (idealerweise als Key User)
Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Koordination zwischen Finanz-, Produktions- und IT-Bereich
Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten im Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Reisebereitschaft
